Cottage 3 Amenities
Cottage 3 sleeps 8 adults comfortably with room for up to 14. It is situated between the 18th fairway and the tennis and pickleball courts. A large patio for watching golf and deer is complete with large table, chairs, propane gas grill and an insulated drinks cooler.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms. Three have 2 queen beds in each, spacious sitting area, flat screen TV, dressing area with built-ins, walk-in showers with bench, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion. The main bedroom boasts a king bed, and has all above amenities.
The living area has a wood burning fireplace, large plasma TV with streaming capability, and comfortable furniture. A full sized washer and dryer are available in the ample laundry room, and the kitchen opens onto the common area of the dining and living rooms.
The dining area has a table with 8 chairs and 4 bar chairs at the kitchen bar.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including ice maker and instant hot water dispenser.
This cottage is newly refurbished, steps away from the clubhouse and swimming pool, and across the street from the tennis courts.
A regulation horseshoes court is provided for cottage guests.
Rental is for entire cottage only and is $595/night, 2 night minimum.
There will be a cleaning/disinfecting charge for each unit per stay. A fee of $225.00 for the entire cottage will be added to your bill.
Optionally, you can also request daily cleaning involving emptying the trash and providing clean towels at the rate of $9.50 per room per night.
Cottage 4 Amenities
Cottage 4 Sunday house - located on the 9th fairway of Riverhill Country Club. Our Hill Country stone patio has an expansive view of the course, enjoy's a consistent breeze with a large Elm tree and built in charcoal grill.
Great Room - with 180 degree view of the golf course. Hill Country Stone fireplace, 4k 52“ TV, new gourmet kitchen and dining room . Utility room with washer and dryer is available to guest.
The Cottage features free 5G Wi-Fi, four large bedrooms with private bathrooms and private entrances and may be leased by single unit or with all 4 bedrooms and the downstairs Great Room. The Great Room can also be leased with units A and B. Unit A has a king size bed and sitting area, units B, C and D feature two queen beds each. All bedrooms have a flat screen television, large walk-in glass shower, personal amenities, hair dryer and alarm clock. Rooms C and D are located on large balcony patio with porch swing and include Keurig coffee maker, complimentary K-cups, a refrigerator and microwave.
During week ( Monday - Wednesday), 1 night stay for either whole cottage, downstairs suite or upstairs room available
Weekends and holidays require 2 night minimum.
There will be a cleaning/disinfecting charge for each unit per stay. A fee of $175.00 for the entire cottage, $105 for the downstairs, or $35.00 per room will added to your bill.

Holidays require whole cottage rental.

The Cottage features free Wi-Fi, four large bedrooms with private bathrooms and private entrances and may be leased by single unit or with all 4 bedrooms and the downstairs common room. The common room may also be leased with Units A or B. Unit A has a king size bed and couch, units B and C feature two queen beds each, and unit D has a single queen bed and couch. All bedrooms have a flat screen television, large walk-in glass shower, personal amenities, hair dryer, alarm clock, iron & ironing board, coffee pot and a small refrigerator.
There will be a cleaning/disinfecting charge for each unit per stay. A fee of $175.00 for the entire cottage, $105 for the downstairs, or $35.00 per room will added to your bill.
